Anvisa to update regulations on tartrazine on labels
The recording of the sector dialog on labeling foods with tartrazine is now available.
A lawsuit defeated Anvisa, which will now be forced to change a rule to require clear indication of the presence of the yellow dye tartrazine on food labels.
