Anvisa Regulates the Import of Regularized Medical Devices

It is now possible to import medical devices that were manufactured abroad before the date of their regularization in Brazil, as long as they meet the conditions approved by Anvisa (National Health Surveillance Agency). Prior regularization of the product is still required and the imported product must be within its expiration date, when that date can be determined. Read more here
